Dry but informative
It has the info needed. Reader is a bit text to speechish but you get through it and you learn some logic and the process and a few terms. Basic take homes were consult with a franchise consultant first before investing any money and then always create your documents with a specialized franchise lawyers. -St

Don't Franchise Without Listening to This Book
As my company moves closer and closer to franchising I am garnering more and more information about it from as many sources as possible. However, I keep coming back to Mark Siebert's book. Franchise Your Business.
Without question, it has been the best source of unbias guidance on the journey to employing this business model. Although, Mark Siebert is the CEO of iFranchise Group he does not use the book as a sales pitch for his brand. Instead he simply provides what I believe to be the most in depth deep dive into franchising available today.
I would go as far to say that to not listen to this book before hiring a franchise consultant or beginning your franchise journey is a big mistake.
Well done Mark Siebert. Love to see a version two!
