Pretty good
Story is good. Voice performance is ok. He’s not very good at doing multiple voices. Penny sounds like Mickey Mouse

This is free?
I was able to pick this set up as a free credit and honestly, what a great find. The End of the World Virus genre is pretty saturated and this book stood out. I can’t say that it will be at group of books I’ll remember until the end of time, as that would be a lie. That said, they were fun to listen to. The pace was great, the character developments more than enough to have me cheering for them and the progression of the story more than engaging enough. I don’t recall the narrator’s name as I write this review, but he did a solid job. Different characters were done without horrible changes of voice that distance the listener from the story. Easily a free credit purchase, but something that I would have had no problem with paying for.

Far as plus catalogue it’s a gem
It’s a great story and the narrator is really great except… those female voices are cringy and distracting, like they make me laugh they’re so bad. I hope he works on that and stops that nonsense, his voice is just too deep, it’s not necessary to try and go up so high, there are other methods, please watch Scott Brick’s explanation on how to do it, he gets it.

Enjoyable scifi book series
I really enjoyed this complete box set. Although ending was a bit abrupt imho. The pacing was well done. Good suspense, and drana. A little bit to nuch plot armor at times. But I still enjoyed it.

Great first book
Let me start by saying, It’s pretty cool getting access to the entire box set included with the membership.
Like a lot of the reviews I read, this series has a really interesting first book and the subsequent books are pretty good, not great.
For the most part it follows a typical space opera theme, focusing on a couple of the main characters and glassing over the rest.
In short worth you times listening but I probably won’t be recommending this series to anyone.
