À propos de cet audio
Brett Blair had a mid-life thing happen to him at 45. Some people have mid-life crises. Others have mid-life tragedies. Many have mid-life stagnation, boredom, or sadness. The lucky ones go through the mid-life years well, continuing on their correct, chosen path. As for Brett, on the outside, his life was great. He had good health, a good marriage, great kids and a great job.
The problem: he was on autopilot. He didn't know what he didn't know, and was living a life according to other people's expectations. He wasn't living the life that was authentic for himself, and he had no idea. Thank God some events occurred along the way that woke him up.
Through synchronicity, mentoring, tragedy and therapy, Brett came to recognize the wrong path he was on, as well as the wrong habits and ways of thinking that were holding him back. He was smart enough to reach out for help, and was coached by Dr. Tom Hill, as well as influenced by dozens of other philosophers and leaders. Applying the simple yet profound philosophies that he learned, Brett completely transformed his life, and is now on his correct path. He wakes up each day excited and energized to go out into the world and make a difference.
You can do the same thing. Your authentic life is waiting for you to live it. Now is the time to wake up, and reset your life's path.
This book will give you the inspiration and philosophies from which to design and live your exceptional life! The decision to start is yours, and it may be the most important decision you ever make.
