The guardians of humanity are leaving, returning to their dimension. Santiago and Isabella are raising an alien as their own son. If humans, aliens, and werewolves don’t iron out their differences and work together, Earth will not survive the coming invasion. An alien raised by humans as their own is all that stands between humans and complete destruction.

Will the human military ruin it all as it seeks to expand its weapons and knowledge with total disregard for all others? Will the use of particle weapons cause the extinction of humans on Earth? Without the guardians of humanity, who will stand to help fight off the invaders?

Confusing

This is obviously the first book of the series, and it’s a bit confusing. It’s like a whole bunch of ideas were thrown together to be sorted out later. There is also the problem of switching past and present tenses in the same paragraph and from third person to first person and back in the same paragraph.

The premise of the book sounds promising....two alien races end up on earth and besides the human idiots wanting to take advantage of superior intelligence and weapons, the two races are enemies. This could be a good series if the editing improves
