very good
some new concepts introduced that I hadn't heard before which were profound. overall I loved the way it was laid out. I admit I listened to it at 1.5-2x speed because the speakers pace was so slow. I rewound and slowed down for concepts that were new and meaningful. if you haven't read a self help type book before there are gems within this book. if you have, it is a great refresher and combines many aspects of self awareness, accountability, and finding joy. great quick read.
