I love horror and supernatural books. These books I honestly didn't care for. They are not scary and I found them very boring. I want to have a book that keeps me listening and scares the hell out of me. These were not it by far.

I read Boylan House and thoroughly enjoyed it. I really love Thom Bowers voice and have read other Ron Ripley books he has narrated. However, I started Blood Contract and I have to say, the narrator of it, must be Jake Urey, has a voice I do not enjoy and he does not change his voice much for each character like Thom Bowers does. I am continuing to listen to see if I can get accustomed to his voice, but I have a feeling I won’t be finishing Blood Contract.
