Amazing book to understand addiction!
This book is fantastic. It made soooo much sense to me. I was able to really draw parallels between alcohol addiction and sugar addiction. I was already Bad Sugar free but this really reinforced everything for me!

Fantastic ! Spot on .
This really helped me to understand my own addiction to sugar. After spending 40 years battling with my « will power « I feel like I’ve been handed the keys to my life . . Opening up to this perspective is everything . I started already with the emotional eating book and this second . I’ve barley even thought about sugar , and my energy levels .. skyrocketed, i enjoy the good food I eat , I feel solid , and after even a few weeks a dramatic change to my body appearance . It works!
I am now free from my sugar addiction. It’s been 3 weeks and I know it will be for the rest of my life. Take this book, believe in it, do exactly what it says and think exactly like it suggests you to think and you will find success. This book gave me the courage and support I needed. I am a happier person today and proud of my self. I am not a slave anymore. Simple and effective book, amazing investment. Buy the book and the audio and listen simultaneously while you read. It’s very effective and the best way in my opinion for it to have a massive impact, as many of your senses are involved.

Another Winner

Too fictional to work (not like the quit alcohol one)
As a scientifically oriented person, this book is too much of a fiction for me for Carrs method to work this time. It worked great for kicking the booze 7 months ago, especially as I immediately listened also Naked Mind. Science for his claims on alcohol is strong and benefits immediate.
If he had stuck with refined sugar, ultra processed foods and artificial sweeteners - more likely, but since he lumped in potatoes, wheat and rice and was going on also on meat and dairy, there was no way I could take him seriously to be able to brainwash myself even though I really wanted to. As such, no quick fixes for my chocolate and nibbs addiction, back to intuitive eating.
Love the reader though.
