very relaxing and helps with sleep!
it does what it says and that is improve sleep quality. Can't give 5 stars for story since their isn't one but this does help me sleep and I'll get another one from the same author in the future.
My only suggestion would be to add titles to the chapters to make it more convenient when one is looking for a specific type of meditation.

Weird background noise that is distracting.
the meditation is ok, but a poor choice of wind and other background noise that is distracting and takes you out of the moment. would return it if I could.
