Dual Narrators Sean Crisden and Felicity Munroe delivered the most irritating airhead heroine of the year. Their usual charisma, and fantastic narration could not save Hanna’s stupidity. She has no brain cells,,, at all.

The biggest mystery to me is how she was ever able to write a book and to top it all off with, getting movie rights for it. I guess it is not realistic to expect all the female characters in the Ice home series to be the same with the same likable personalities. Why this one couldn’t die or be eaten by the big bird fucking eludes me.
She nags, she is self-absorbed, she plays yo-yo with her mate and once she finally gave in to having sex with him, she manipulates the poor guy. She moans and complains that she is irritated with her mates’ preparation for killing the massive carnivorous bird outside their cave. It’s not only their safety but also, the rest of the inhabitants of Ice home living on the shore line.

While her mate is busy target practicing with his spears and nets she starts massaging him. WTF, why didn’t she help him make nets? She sleeps all day and do needle work. I’m so over these books! They live off fruit, but feel how weak they get from the empty carbohydrates. OMG! Fruits have lots of vitamins. Much more than meat. Has no one heard of Scurvy?

I only recommend this audiobook if you love airheads! This is why I stick to M/M genres.
