Still love this story - but...
I feel like it needs to be said. As much as I love this series, far too much time is spent looping over information we, the reader/audience already know.
If you made a drinking game for the word "rank/ranker" you would be dead in chapter 1.
That being said. Following up on a series I love. Can't wait for more!

Absolutely amazing
The story contains one of the best written magic systems I have read about, the character development is incredibly explored and fun to experience, the humour is hilarious, and Heath Miller’s delivery as narrator is absolutely perfect.
This series has very quickly climbed to the top of my favourites in the genre. If I could force a copy of book 1 into every audible subscription I would… I may need to work on my astral magic first

I listened to this in my drive up to CO. It was just amazing the story keeps getting better and better, and Heath Miller is fantastic in his story telling and reading!

So good
I’m completely immersed in this series. I am only disappointed when I get to the finish and it has to stop. Wish they were all 30hrs long lol. It there a way to just pack them all together for endless listening. I could eat sandwiches and listen to this full time 😂
