Grief.

My heart broke and grew all in one book
Head Above Water - C.E. Ricci

OBSESSED!!!! So good. This took me a bit to get through because it broke my heart. It was so sad. I hate death and I don't even know why I picked this up thinking it was a good idea for me. Now while I was in my feels DEEP the whole time it was amazing. I just love this author. Honestly think she is my favorite author! Easton and Cannon were both addictive and the dynamic was taboo/forbidden love. I mean being in love with your stepbrother and then your parents get into a car crash that almost kills them. But also one of them was kicked out of the house and it's been 7 years. If you like sad books PICK THIS UP! The ending with the attic. My heart literally broke! I did cry over this book. Also so so so so spicy. As always they were going at it constantly! The spice was amazing at it up and left NO CRUMBS. I would always recommend any of C E Ricci's books at this point. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because I don't like things that make me sad.

Listened to this twice already
Great story with so many tender and heartbreaking moments. Excellent voice characterization that absolutely enhanced the storytelling.

Outstanding!
I absolutely loved CE Ricci’s “Want you Still”…it was my favourite audiobook, until I listened to this. I have never cried from listening to a book before but this crushed me. Yes it’s sad but it’s such a beautiful love story…worth every tear. The narrators were perfection.
