This book made you see how far Lana has come as a leader, and revealed more of the Vrisha culture.
Although the end does describe a type of utopia, Lana does state that no one can perfectly get along forever, but that it was a good start.
I appreciated how the author brings up PTSD.
This is not a stand alone, you must read these books in order to fully understand since some circumstances and people from previous stories are involved.
Overall I enjoyed this series.
