Understanding presence requires an investigation into the conditioning mechanisms forming our identity and skewing our perception. This is a process for only the courageous and determined. However, it is easier than we think. A moment of presence, and the past and future lose all claim upon our peace. We are free to live a happy, healthy life. The butterfly sheds its cocoon, and doesn’t give a second thought to the caterpillar it left behind. So it is with us and our Divinity.
