Better than expected
Not as good as the first, but decent (especially considering it's book 1.5 and a separate story). I'm hooked, despite the dangling participles running rampant.

Top notch story for a LIT RPG
I really enjoyed how the game world in this book series ties in with the real world. discussions about the real world are light because the focus is on the characters game experience, but unlike other lit RPgs, The world presented here has an edge of believability that makes the story all that much more fun.

This take place between book 1 and 2.
While it was some intriguing back story, this isn't necessary to read to follow the main story! Good book still though! On to the next one!
