Best all-round management book I read
It's fast paced and packed with insights that are still very relevant and actionable. There's no fluff, this book respects the reader and provides non-stop barrage of information. I'm excited to try the applicable advise from the end of the book.
As to the audio, the sound recording is good and the narrator has a pleasant voice that doesn't distract from the message.

targeted to large beurocratic orgs
I own a small firm of about 17 people and have found this book to be more targeted towards large organizations. I found I was skipping through a lot of the material as it was seemingly unrelated to a small business entrepreneor. I had hopes that a lot of the principles could be applied and some ken but it's based on common sense alone. If you're a small business person I would skip this book.
