My new favorite book.
I highly recommend this audiobook. The narration is very well done, with distinct voices for each character. The narrator is capable of a variety of performances and was easily my favorite aspect next to the story. The grimdark violence is spectacular, no one is spared from gruesome injuries. No Plot armor here. There is a small romance plot that is a paragraph at most (all together) but it is beautifully done and easy to move over if your not interested in that. I was and I loved it. All the characters work well together and are believable and nuanced. This was my first Warhammer book. It is important to note that even if I had no idea what Warhammer was I still would have highly enjoyed the story.

Better love story that twilight
I liked that every male character were dieing from throat cancer. This is a ok 40k novel. My favorite character was the psyker.

Enjoyable Story
I think the overall story is quite good, and the narrator does a good job overall,on the voices other than I found the voice of Severina to be kind of monotone. Overall totally worth a listen
