Highly visual, the text here is mainly a caption for the photos of adults engaged in work tasks, such as a pastry chef baking, an officer directing traffic, or a veterinarian tending to a puppy on an examining table. Some photos label parts of a uniform or tools of the trade (wrench, badge, oven mitts) in a diagram.
