Has it all!

First book on mental health combining the truth of God and science. I really appreciated the playlists suggested as well as homework, scripture and prayer after each chapter.

Must read for christians suffering with depression or anxiety. I purchased both her books in audio and hardcopy. I wish there were more mental health resources that respected both ~ christianity and science.
