À propos de cet audio
During a conversation, only 7 percent of what we communicate consists of the literal content of the message. The remaining 93 percent is regulated by para-verbal and non-verbal communication. Did you know this?
You can see this yourself with a little experiment.
Imagine organizing an evening with friends and, when a person arrives, you say, with a joyful expression: "I didn't know you came too".
Now imagine saying the same sentence, but with an annoyed face.
Finally, imagine not uttering a sentence and limiting yourself to just facial expressions.
As you can see, in the first two cases, the same words will have communicated diametrically opposite messages.
And the limited importance of your words will be further confirmed by the third case, in which the person in question will have understood your mood without needing you to say anything.
This example is just the tip of the iceberg, because the human psyche is much more elaborate than you might think. A person can say one thing, but think of something else.
It is only by analyzing the verbal and para-verbal aspects of communication that it is possible to know what that person is thinking!
