À propos de cet audio
The problem with challenging individuals is that they often defy reason. Regretfully, a number of them are oblivious to the harm their demeanor does to others in their vicinity. Some seek to create turmoil and push people's buttons to see how far they can go even when they are aware of the negative effects their activities generate. In any event, their behavior adds needless complication, anxiety, and conflict. At my company, we employ more than 200 people. We sometimes work together on a variety of tasks, and since each team member has strong opinions, there are times when it is difficult to reach a consensus.
Even while you may be able to dodge the first one or two, what about the third, fifth, and so on that you still need to meet? Staying away from these individuals will only work long-term if you're ready to give up your work, relocate, or live alone forever. I'm not sure about you, but I believe this is not feasible! Rather than running away every time, hoping to find comfort where it will never come, why not pick up some amazing abilities that will enable you to handle challenging individuals with such elegance and ease? Research clearly shows that challenging individuals may be stressful for others around them. The fact that terror has been shown to have a persistently detrimental effect on the human brain is even more unsettling. The efficiency of the neurons in your hippocampus, the area of the brain in charge of memory and reason, is weakened even after just a few days of stress exposure. The neurons are likely to suffer damage if the stress persists for a few months. Put differently, worry poses a danger to attaining success.
