Calm, peaceful narration. Great information.
This is a great book to help beginners understand meditation, and its connection to sleep. I listened to this on a timer as I fell asleep nightly. It helped me learn the importance of, and how to start my meditation practice. It was a great book to listen to- the books narrator is excellent. Her voice was so calming, she put me to sleep!
