What Is a Fasting on Juice?
Juice fasting, commonly referred to as "juice cleansing" or just "juicing," is the practice of just ingesting juice in order to purify, detoxify, or cure your body.
Although there are many different ways to juice, they all include adding fruit and vegetable juice to your diet for a certain amount of time. I cover the technical elements of juicing in Section 1 of this book, including its benefits and drawbacks.
In its most basic form, juicing consists just of juice; the pulp is not even consumed. On the other hand, many individuals choose to obtain a concentrated boost of vitamins and minerals by simply including a glass or two of fresh juice, with or without pulp, in their regular meals.
