great narrators omg
both narrators were amazing, but i gotta say that madison's performance was out of this world! the raw enotion she is able to convey through her voice is insane, and it really heightened the overall story

heard from lots of people that this was a good book
the story was all over the place which I didn't like. it took too long to get into it and it was boring. and the ending was awful

Great narrators. Meh story.
The story was meh for me. I like the idea of it, but the execution was subpar. The characters were kinda confusing. The narrators were absolutely fabulous though.

AMAZING NARRATION!!! Mind blowing story
i fell in love with xero almost as fast as mc did..... loved the story and its wild and unpredictable twists. Author has an amazing mind and tallent.

boring, brat fmc
boring. I listened up to chaper 40. then got so bored I skipped to 80. I don't feel like I missed anything, I have no questions. the fmc is unbearable, she's is saucy. if you dont like a fiesty dominant female, don't read this. personally I hate "strong fiesty" (aka an annoying little c u next tuesday) fmc's. also the spice is annoying just dumb lessons in bdsm. which the fmc is very into, making it way less imteresting to me anyways. I skipped entire chapters in the fmc pov and don't regret that. I am not finishing the book. if the full book was written in the mmc pov it would be better.

not for me
female lead has cruella deville hair and male lead is goth with over a dozen piercings on his genitals. hard to find anything attractive about him lol the story was super drawn out. misunderstandings took chapters and chapters to resolve. way too unrealistic and the performances were cringey... more so the girl then guy. if it was free or super cheap and you're into the goth thing you may find it OK... but not worth a credit.
