I liked the story and premise of the book, but the narrator was very distracting as sometimes she would read like a person then other times the narration was very robotic. I found myself half listening to the book but waiting for this rather disconnected and disconcerting speech type.

Love the storyline and most especially the message. Continued non-stop suspense and excitement. Found it hard for a long time to get used to a different narrator from the first book but got over it about halfway through.

Casey is still on the run but Dylan is convinced she is innocent. To make things more complicated Casey gets involved with a child abuse case, a drug dealer, and a potential suicide. Even though it puts her own life at risk, she is determined to protect the innocent and the guilty brought to justice.
