I found this author while searching for a guest speaker for a conference. I love this title “it’s our ship” and how that and the advice within the book applies to all organizations. The stories offered great examples of good and bad leadership with practical takeaways for the reader. I’d recommend this book to anyone but particularly those interested in improving morale in the company.
