As always, a chefs kiss
I so needed this. I was in serious Joe Ledger withdrawal, not being one to reread (er, re listen) to books. I loved the connections made with some of Maberry’s other serial characters, though admittedly I am only also truly familiar with the denizens of Pine Deep. I especially loved the inclusion of a story written by our fav voice actor, Ray Porter!
I am now about to embark on Sam Hunter, provided all are read by Ray. For me, he is the ONLY voice actor able to bring life to Maberry’s characters. The only one worthy.

Absolutely loved it!!
As with every Jonathan Maberry novel, loved it from beginning to end. I highly recommend!
