The story was cute and the attraction between the main characters was steamy when it FINALLY happens. The ladies voice was a bit freaking on my ears but, the man’s voice was dreamy. Good for an easy listen

im not gonna lie the beginning was kinda drowsy and I was like get to the point guys. but the point that I was waiting for hit me so fast and it just continued going sweet from there. i mean the whole basis of the novel "curse" is kinda questionable, but if you just determine to look past all the technicalities and focus on the story itself its worth spending a credit on.

I may be too old for this book. The lead male character and narration are fine. The female character is a vet which is surprising because she doesn't seem bright otherwise. There is a long scene where she is covered in dog anal gland mess and has, for some reason, gone home and is visiting company without changing.
There is a 5 minute discussion about who will eat 2 pieces of pizza (nobody has food security issues).
The character learns how to clean out a kitchen to remodel for about half an hour - did you know a fridge should be emptied before you move it etc. Very mundane.
The female narration was not my cup of tea but I'm sure that's a personal preference.
The overall plot is interesting but unfortunately I'm about 3 hours in and nothing interesting has happened and the character gets continually more boring.
