Together, they examine data, shift leadership practices, and build new systems and processes to implement collaborative leadership and transform the work of their central office. They also learn how to better serve schools and understand the needs of their stakeholders. As a result, the district leadership team is able to empower school leaders and central office employees to become more effective and efficient in their work. They are also able to maximize learning for diverse learners as they create systems for internal accountability in the district offices and schools.
