At 83, Leota is alone; her beloved garden is in ruins. All her efforts to reconcile with her adult children have been fruitless. She voices her despair to a loving Father, her only friend. And God brings a wind of change through unlikely means: one, a college student who thinks he has all the answers; the other, the granddaughter Leota never hoped to know. But can the devastation wrought by keeping painful family secrets be repaired before she runs out of time?

Fantastic story

I found some characters narrated in a very similar voice and had to rewind a few times to figure out who was speaking.

This story oozes faith.

This story oozes truth and faith. I loved Leota. She has a sharp and spunky personality now that shenisnin her 80's but it is etched in love, and God has lined planted his spirit in her heart. That spirit sustains her through so much.

Each character is special in there own way and the author brings out there worth even when the reader doesn't care for them much.

There are a few theological things I dont completely agree with, but it doesn't matter. The lives of these people is masterfully woven in to a deep rich story.
