À propos de cet audio
The author describes her experience of enduring medically required bed rest for three months after having her labor stopped at 26 and a half weeks with her twin pregnancy in the fall of 2000. She begins her complete bed rest in the hospital and concludes it in her own home, as she recounts her experiences with her first pregnancy, her wishes for her developing twins, and her encounters with hospital workers, doctors, church members, friends, and family members as they all struggle together to keep the twins "inside" until she reaches week 37.
Ultimately, the author shares the existential struggle of hoping that her unborn children will make a mark on this world, despite the hardships that they must endure in a world embroiled in conflict.
