HILARIOUS! Great stories and very inspiring.
enjoyed every minute of it. laughed throughout the entire book and couldn't believe how crazy and difficult some of the workouts were. I highly recommend this audio book.

what a ride

Authors shouldn't perform
Hate when authors read their own book. it's unnatural, takes away from the story, they think it'll sound the way it's supposed to be written, but it just doesn't. Hire a professional.

Intense, inspiring and hilarious
Listening to the author was great and hilarious. As I train for a marathon, I will NOT be doing the workouts in this book. Though would be interesting to try the 4 by 4 for 48 hours!
