A great start to the series

I’ve received ALC’s of books 3 and 4 so it was really nice to go back and start at the beginning. I have absolutely adored the world that Willow created with these characters and going back to the beginning and experience this group how they began.
This was an enjoyable read, watching Weston and Sadie navigate raising Caleb after his mother dies. Weston, didn’t even realize he was a father until he gets a call from the hospital that his son’s mother has died. For having your whole world changed in an instant, he adapted to fatherhood quickly and really well.
I really enjoyed Weston and Sadie together. Both wanted to do what was best for Caleb. The moments of them with Caleb were so sweet. I’m so glad I went back to start this series at the beginning.
