À propos de cet audio
Emotions are a component of what makes us human: they vary depending on the occasion or circumstances. Controlling our emotions may be challenging, even in the best of circumstances. Many of us picked up our communication and behavioral traits from the individuals who raised us, and the acquaintances we socialized with on a regular basis. These behavioral traits influenced both the positive and negative ways we express our emotions as we grew older. Many people attempt to present traits that are the antithesis of specific behavioral patterns they were exposed to, particularly if those patterns were abusive or they were made aware that they were socially undesirable.
Many of us do, in fact, adopt some, if not all, of the characteristics we were exposed to, as seen by the relationships we have, the occupations and professions we select, and the friendships we develop. While some of us may be cognizant of and connected to our emotions and other inborn experiences, the problem is that many of us are unable to express our actual emotions to others. This can then come to pass and have a detrimental effect.
I will break down numerous factors that impact your emotions in this book's capacity as the author, and then I will give you some tips on how to enhance particular areas of your emotions that you may or may not be aware of. Your overall well-being and mental health may benefit from having the right tools to improve how you address particular situations.
