Ultimately, this book is a condensed version of my firsthand experiences and research insights into the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Each topic will provide you with a comprehensive idea about ways to progress quickly in your training and avoid costly mistakes. By no means is this book an all-encompassing guide, since there is no end to Jiu-Jitsu. It is always evolving with new methodologies being constantly introduced to push athletes to that next level. The book is my attempt to provide relevant and useful information gathered directly from the best in sport.
