Important insight
Any woman who has struggled in a relationship going nowhere or with a breakup should read this (after the heartbreak has healed).
The first half of the book is pretty crass but serves a purpose. It's a perspective most women need
Second part is about rebuilding yourself as a woman

Refreshing surprise!
This book put my habits into context. The outside lense showed the unhealthy pattern I was in with was was my (then) current boyfriend. I wasn’t happy, but couldn’t quite end it… the day after listening to the first half of the book, maybe chapter 5? I was able to detach and close the relationship- with confidence! And with an enthusiasm to “level up”. I don’t know what will happen next, but I’m really glad I found this book exactly when I did.
Can I add: part of the draw was the crude language- oh, the delivery! I giggled through the first two chapters.

Great book, bad narrative
This is my second book by the same author, and it's another eye-opener as expected. But I found it really challenging to keep up with the narrative, the book & the narrative voice just don't match!! I wish the audio version is re-narrated by the same guy who narrated the other 2 books
