This is the best book i have read and multiple times at it. Ajahn brahm gives you everything u need to know on how to use the breath to have calm and peaceful experiences and directions all the way to nibana if thats what you are looking for

Ajahn Brahm is well known for his engaging and humorous style in teaching Buddhism to the world through YouTube, but this manual brings out his specialty- meditation. Highly recommended for those wanting to understand meditation from the ground up from someone who has been meditating since he was a teen (he is 70 now), and trained in the Thai Forest Tradition under Ajahn Chah since ordaining as a Buddhist monk at 23.

I only wish the recording team and narrator spent some time researching how to pronounce the Pali words (language of the Buddhist texts) used in the book. It was glaringly obvious they didn’t, and I winced every-time they mentioned certain crucial words….
