The female narrator is just awful!

I love the book and the story line. I love the male narrator, but oh my lord, I could not enjoy the book as much as I should of, because of the female voice.
She was not the right fit for this story. She was using this accent (no idea what it was) and her voice sounded forced and it was awful. Also she stopped mid sentence. I won’t by another book with that voice as the narrator.
