À propos de cet audio
Getting rid of unnecessary stuff can be a bit of a pain. The longer we go without decluttering the more cluttered our lives become, and, before you know it, you’re living in a disorganized mess you don’t know how to get out of. Plus, there isn’t enough time, right?
This means that it’s time to change your lifestyle. Think about it: When was the last time you used that juicer that you bought when you decided to go on a juice diet? What about that jacket you thought you’d wear when you bought it two seasons ago? The one with the price tag still on it? Look around your home and ask yourself, is there space and money for new clothes? New furniture? New decorations? Is this something I can do without? By simply being aware of what you own and what you use, you can transform your life. It did for me.
When I decided to live with less, I noticed improvements in my mental health, physical health, and financial well-being. I had less stress and more time to do the things I love with the people I love. I couldn’t ask for more.
Illustrated through simple, yet relatable stories and methods to help you live more with less, Minimalism: Habits and Simple Stories to Help You Achieve a True Simplistic Lifestyle will guide you towards achieving the peace and stability that we all so desperately need within our chaotic lives.
