À propos de cet audio
Once you have a good system in place that will help you remember the things you need to do, you can start getting rid of some of the clutter around your home. Clutter can really disrupt the flow of your home and even cause depression. In other words, it has no place in a home. Depending on how much clutter your home has, this step may require a great deal of work. De-cluttering your home does not mean moving the clutter from one spot to another.
You will need to go through each room of your home and start getting rid of the things you do not need. No more dust; no more junk. Once all of that clutter is gone, you will be able to breathe easier and have more space to move around. Learning how to be a well-organized person is not going to happen overnight. It takes a little bit of time and effort on your part. There is a lot to remember and it may be overwhelming at first.
This book will guide you through this process of de-cluttering your home and life.
