Enjoyable sequel
Although I did enjoy this book, I found it a little to much a a history lesson in some parts. Don’t get me wrong, I love to learn about historical events. However, I found that in some sections it was like being on a guided tour and being told every detail at one stop, instead of gradual pieces of information being shared.

Not as engaging as the first book in the series
Overall it is still pretty good, although parts of the book seemed like the author was having the characters experience something so they could include telling the history, which is still very interesting to learn about but it didn't seem to fit as well with the story.
