Good book.
My daughter suggested this book. As a runner I felt that I was part of the story experiencing the ups and downs. Well written and enjoyed. Thank you.

Great Read
Great read for any runner or non-runner alike. I was able to empathize with much of his training and some of it had me laughing so hard I had to pull the car over and park. Thank you for sharing your journey!

His relationship with his family
l found the book interesting as l also am a runner..There were many points l could identify with. His relationships with his daughters and wife was the most interesting. He downplayed his past. Obviously he had a background in running most of his life..I found this part as a victim boring. I guess he called it living dangerously because of the ultra marathon training . To have run 4 marathons and an ultra. Obviously he is way above average health. It is a worthwhile overall.
