She’s got a pretty simple message. Put down your phone and go out and live your life! Stop wasting time scrolling for hours, go out and experience life first hand. She’s got some questionable rules, but I gotta admit they all make complete sense. It’s a great book to put things into perspective. Enjoyed it!
