It was just okay

When I first started the book I thought it was going to be great. The further I got the more I realized that the story was slow going. The flashbacks, most of them anyway, in my opinion were completely unnecessary, same with half of the characters. I loved the idea of this book, but it just didn't do it for me. Short chapters and well written, but the storyline was meh at best. I won't suggest this one to anyone and I'm glad it's over. I found myself checking how much longer was left of the book so often because I couldn't wait for it to be over. This was my first Andrea Mara book and I've heard her others are better, but unsure if ill try any others of hers.
