Solid listen
Pros: good narration, good examples of panic, thoughtful exploration of the brain state, honest account of the authors journey
Cons: I found the final synopsis a little limp - it feels as though the book is leading you somewhere solid, but it ends with some helpful tips. I really enjoyed the normalizing the state of of panic and feel that more time put to the Herculean effort of finding those tools that work for you would have been useful for the listener.
Overall: thoughtful and useful - I found a number of pieces of data that were useful to my own journey towards being and feeling well. Good luck and happy listening
