À propos de cet audio
When retired hockey player Jeffery "Ice" Zamboni gets shot by the woman he was about to dump, he sees the pearly gates and his late Uncle Tony. Ice is given a choice: stay with his uncle and learn how to play a harp or go help his childhood friend, Sheri McLellon, who is in danger. As Uncle Tony points out to his womanizing nephew, "Karma's a bitch and ‘the Big Guy’ has a sense of humor." Ice discovers his uncle is right when he is sent back down to earth as a six-pound Chihuahua. Bemoaning his new body and his teeny tiny parts, he finds Sheri and tries to figure out the danger. Sheri's 20-pound cat Cleo is the only one that he can communicate with, and an unlikely alliance is formed. When Cleo informs him that she’s eaten rats bigger than him, Ice must use his natural charm to keep her focused on saving Sheri and not eating him. A hilarious dialogue ensues when Ice discovers that no matter what species, females will always get their way.
Ice didn’t plan on falling in love, but now, seeing the beautiful grown-up Sheri, has made his heart realize what he's been missing. He’s desperate to save her from the danger and come back as himself to win her heart.
Will Ice manage to save Sheri from danger or will Cleo decide he's too tasty of a morsel to pass up?
This book was formally titled ICE and has been edited and retitled. The author's crazy imagination and quick wit keeps the dialogue humorous and the plot moving.
