Description
How did it start? Why didn’t we stop it? What happens to us now?
The world is full of genius people after the fact. We can all blame government, scientist, politicians, organized religions but we fail to take responsibility for our own negligence. Imagine the future is now and we are forced to live in an environmental bubble all of our lives because we cannot live in our toxic world.
But what if our human ignorance has got it all wrong meaning we are not in control of our destiny? We all know about the story of creation though we may argue about the time scale. Does anyone profess to be an expert on God’s time scale? What about the possibilities of the end of creation as we know it? The biblical stories are very accurate if you consider time not related to our human perception. Time measured by human standards may be substantially different in scale to our creator’s definition of time.
Regardless of our politics or our religious beliefs, I hope you will at least agree that all of us have an expiration date. None of us know Tewhen our punch out date will be. Graveyards are full of people who believed they would live a lot longer than they did. Life on earth is for the living and our time is very short compared to earth’s existence. While we are on the stage called “living on earth”, perhaps we should spend more time helping others perform on the stage as well. If we all become better actors on this stage, we may very well improve the performance of others who go after us. Will we solve the world’s problems? We may not, but maybe we will mitigate the problem so those coming after us will live better than us and so life goes on until it does not.
