Another great Koontz book
Dean Koontz has the best style of writing. Amazing book with a great message and anytime he puts dogs in his books, I'm in!

Really enjoying this one.
I find this book timely, doesn't matter what year it was written, and enjoyable. People either love or hate the fact Koontz puts dogs in many of his books, I love it. Having had Goldens for years...even though Old Yeller here isn't yellow at all, I'm glad she's in it.
Excellent narration, really pleasant and has a good range of voices.

Great author, we'll written story but...
The irony is dogs are proof eugenics work... Really makes you think! Would love to see this taught in highschools.

Excellent read and audio book
Dean Koontz is an excellent author who transports me with every scene so that I can not only be a bystander, but I become one of the characters in each story.

Dean, What were you thinking?
A very well written book, but it leaves a lot unresolved or clumsily tied up at the end in a sentence or two leaving the listener unfulfilled. I loved the idea of the book, and the characters, but it took so long to get the essence of what the author wanted to ultimately say that I lost interest very quickly.
Especially frustrating was the way everything was tied up at the end. Why would the politician’s wife fund their roving around the country? How did Rickster ultimately end up with them in the motor home? Not a great book, at least compared to others he has written.
I also don’t understand the author’s obvious “dog obsession” - enough with the dogs already!
