Really enjoyed this.
I really liked this book. It's the second book in The Sullivan Family series. It's an ex-boyfriend's brother romance. If you like HGTV you will love this, our FMC is renovating her aunt's house and our MMC is helping her. Their chemistry was great and I also love all the side characters.

HGTV vibes - Loved it!!!
I thought I loved the first book with the grumpy brother. However his little sister in this book is the sunshine to her other big brother’s best friends grouchy side!!! I’m a sucker for grumpy sunshine!!
The book starts off a bit awkward because Kate dated Beckett’s little brother for many years and he broke her heart. Well he’s in town to be the contractor on her aunts house and give it the attention it deserves. Their relationship starts off as an enemies to lovers and is mixed with grumpy / sunshine. She pokes the bear but secretly he likes it. She starts a Instagram page documenting all the changes they do in the house and it becomes a big hit. As time goes on their chemistry starts to become hard to ignore.
I can’t wait to do the next book!!
