Now that Seaview is refurbished and reopened Rose Lambert's dream seems to be coming true, but the arrival of Hurricane Alphonso might end her dream before it can really begin. Rose's attempts to fit into the island community are thwarted by nasty rumors spread by a local woman who resents Rose's romance with Ignatius "Iggy" Solomon.
