The story was boring
This story was far too repetitive. I stuck with it to see how it ended but it really wasn't worth the time.

The main character
Unfortunately, I found the weakness and stupidity of the main character very unappealing. The story was very contrived. I had trouble finishing the book.

ok plot ok characters.. just ok
It was slow, so very slow. between the lackluster characters and the slow plot line the book was overall just okay I only got halfway through because it was so slow and the plot was just not going anywhere

Underwhelming
Main character is dumb. Story is slooooow and boring. Not worth it. Really don’t like when female narrators impersonate male voices. Turns the story into a bad joke.

Way to repetitive
I stuck through to see how it ended, but it repeats the same info over and over. The heroine constantly makes dumb decisions that cause more drama than needed.

So good!
This was one of the best thrillers I’ve come across in a while. I couldn’t stop listening. Loved it! A bit predictable but I ALWAYS seem to know what’s coming. It was still such a good story!

Everything. This entire book was deplorable including the orators. Do not waste your time. I have no idea how this even got published

EXCELLENT
Any book narrated by January LaVoy is going to be excellent!!!
The story was engaging right from the start. It kept me guessing & at times I thought I had it figured out but then I was thrown for a loop.
I really enjoyed the twist & turns in this story & of course the narration!
